BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: The Village of Los Lunas has requested Preliminary Plat approval to subdivide Subd: Land of Luis Mireles Tract: A1 5.00 Acres Map 73; Subd: Land of 98A Limited Co Tract: C1 4.46 AC B‐5‐28 1998 Rev; and Subd: Land of 98A Limited Co Tract: C2 .82 AC B‐5‐28 1998 Rev, for the purpose of creating five new lots.
