BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: Dekker Perich Sabatini, acting agent for Huning LLC, has applied for a Special Use amendment for the Los Senderos Area Plan, located west of I- 25 and south of Main St for the purpose of amending the Los Senderos Area Plan to accommodate the I-25 Morris Road interchange final geometry and required easement dedication. 2.
