BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: Dekker Perich Sabatini, acting agent for Huning LLC, has applied for a Special Use Amendment for the Los Senderos Area Plan for the purpose of accommodating the I‐25 Morris Road interchange final geometry and required easement dedication and addressing clerical issues, development standards, and street cross sections. The area plan is located south of Lonestar St SW and west of I‐25. Presenting: Sonia Walker 2. PRELIMINARY PLAT: Vistas at Los Senderos Preliminary Plat LGI Homes New Mexico LLC ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: To remove from the table and have a public hearing to approve or disapprove a request for preliminary plat approval. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: Rick Tayrien, representing LGI Homes New Mexico LLC, has requested preliminary plat approval to subdivide Subd: Vistas at Los Senderos Tract: Phase 1 S: 30 T: 7N R: 2E 33.16 Acres M‐579 for the purpose of Unit 1 of the Vistas at Los Senderos subdivision.
