BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: Ordinance 476 - An ordinance amending Chapter 17.40 – Table of Permissible Uses that regulates hospitals, clinics, other medical facilities in excess of 10,000 square feet, to update the use from conditional to permissive in the M-1 zone; and section 17.60.010, a subsection of Chapter 17.60 – Off Street Parking, to add parking requirements for the same use. ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: To have a public hearing to approve or disapprove of a Preliminary Plat. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: Los Morros Investment Group, LLC has requested preliminary plat approval to subdivide Subd: Los Morros Business Park Tract: J1A S: 19 T: 7N R: 2E 21.27 Acres Plat M-484, with no assigned street address, for the purpose of subdividing the tract to create four tracts for a hospital and support use, the property is located north of Main St NW/Hwy 6 and west of Los Morros Rd NW.  3.
