ACTION REQUESTED OF COMMISSION: To remove from the table and have a public hearing to recommend approval or disapproval of a request for a Special Use Amendment. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: Sheldon Greer, representing Community Design Solutions and acting agent for James Blea/3B’S partnership, has applied for a Special Use Amendment to the Huning Ranch Area Plan for the purpose of creating the MD-NCF land use designation to allow for a nursing care facility within the requested land use designation; and for the purpose of applying the MD-NCF land use designation  to a portion of the property described as Subd: Land Of Huning Limited Partnership Tract: 1E1A2 29.02 Acres 2008 Rev, with no assigned street address.
