BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE: Donald Clinger has applied for a Zone Change from A-R to R-R, for the property described as Tract: C S: 21 T: 7N R: 2E 2.60 Acres Plat M-386 (Doc# 201804630), with no assigned street address, for the purpose of subdividing the property into three lots and to place mobile homes on the lots.
