Rondeau, Assessor; R. Flood 1. Review of minutes from August 15, 2023 meeting – R. Flood motion to approve, R. Rondeau 2nd - Unanimous 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of August 07 to August 11 – Approved by signatures o Week of August 14 to August 18 - Approved by signatures 3. Statutory Exemptions – Volunteer Work Program: 3 applications, Clause 17E: 29 applications, Clause 22: 6 applications, Clause 22E: 3 applications, Clause 37A: 1 application, Clause 41: 57 applications, Clause 42: 1 application.  We are rescinding a clause 22 application and changing it to a 41C application 4.
