Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; R. Flood 1. Review of minutes from October 10, 2023, meeting – R. Rondeau motion to accept the minutes, R. Flood 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of October 02 to October 06 – Approved by signatures. 3. Statutory Exemptions - Clause 17E: 1 application, Clause 22: 2 applications, Clause 22C: 1 application, Clause 41C: 5 applications – R. Flood motion to approve these applications, R. Rondeau 2nd - Unanimous. 4. FY24 Real Estate and Personal Property valuation update  New growth and values have been submitted and waiting on the approval  LA3 was approved 5.
