Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; R. Flood 1. Review of minutes from November 14, 2023 meeting – R. Rondeau motion to accept the minutes, R. Flood 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of November 06 to November 10 – Approved by signatures o Week of November 13 to November 17 – Approved by signatures 3. Statutory Exemptions – Clause 17E: 2 applications, Clause 37A: 1 application, Clause 41C: 5 – R. Flood motion to approve these applications, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous  2 denial applications – denied by signatures 4. Old Business – None 5. New Business – None Motion to adjourn at 9:13 AM R. Rondeau, R. Flood 2nd – Unanimous.
