Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; R. Flood 1. Review of minutes from November 28, 2023 meeting – R. Flood motion to accept the minutes, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of November 20 to November 24 – Approved by signatures 3. Statutory Exemptions – Clause 17E: 1 application, Clause 22: 1 application, Clause 41C: 2 applications, Senior Volunteer: 1 application – R. Flood motion to approve these applications, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous 4. FY24 Tax Recap Overview – was discussed during the Council meeting then signed off by the Assessors 5. Old Business – None 6. New Business – Not anticipated within 48 hours  Motor vehicle excise commitment 6 – approved by signatures Motion to adjourn at 9:13 AM R. Flood, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous.
