Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; R. Flood R. Rondeau opened the meeting at 9:00 AM, made a motion to go into a recess. R. Rondeau made a motion to resume the meeting at 9:39 AM. 1. Review of minutes from December 12, 2023 meeting – R. Flood motion to accept the minutes, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of December 04 to December 08 – Approved by signatures 3. Statutory Exemptions – None 4. FY24 Real Estate and Personal Property warrants and commitments – Approved by signatures 5. Old Business - None 6. New Business – We are in the process of switching personal property to RRC Motion to adjourn at 9:52 AM R. Flood, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous.
