Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; R. Flood E. Brideau called to order at 9:00 AM, paused the meeting until after the conference call E. Brideau resumed the meeting at 2:20 PM 1. Review of minutes from December 19, 2023 meeting – R. Rondeau motion to accept the minutes, R. Flood 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of December 11 to December 15 – Approved by signatures o Week of December 18 to December 22 – Approved by signatures 3. Statutory Exemptions – Clause 41C: 4 applications – R. Flood motion to approve these applications, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 4. Old Business – None 5.
