Brideau; Deputy Chief Assessor, R. Rondeau; Assessor, R. Flood 1. Review of minutes from January 16, 2024 meeting – R. Rondeau motion to accept the minutes, R. Flood 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of January 08 to January 12 – Approved by signatures 3. Statutory Exemptions – Clause 22: 1 application, Clause 22E: 2 application, Clause 41C: 3 applications, Veteran Volunteer: 1 application – R. Flood motion to approve these applications, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 4. FY24 Real Estate and Personal Property Abatements – 3 Personal Property abatement applications (out of business) and 6 Real Estate abatement applications - R. Flood motion to approve these applications, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 5. Appellate Tax Board (ATB) Cases – we settled the ATB case with NAI Entertainment – R. Rondeau motion to approve, R. Flood 2nd – Unanimous 6. Request from Treasurer/Collector to abate uncollectible motor vehicle taxes (2014) – R. Flood motion to accept this request, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 7.
