Brideau; Deputy Chief Assessor, R. Rondeau; Assessor, R. Flood 1. Review of minutes from January 30, 2024 meeting – R. Flood motion to accept the minutes, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of January 15 to January 19 – Approved by signatures o Week of January 22 to January 26 – Approved by signatures 3. Statutory Exemptions – Clause 17E: 1 application, Clause 22: 3 applications, Clause 41C: 3 applications – R. Flood motion to approve these applications, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 4. FY24 Real Estate and Personal Property Abatements – 2 Personal Property abatement applications (businesses closed prior to assessment date) and 4 Real Estate abatement applications - R. Rondeau motion to approve these applications, R. Flood 2nd – Unanimous. 7. Old Business – None 8. New Business – ATB settlements for 2 properties (FY22 and FY23) Motion to adjourn at 9:19 AM R.
