Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Amy Lombardo; Assessor, Christ Hughes; Assessor E. Brideau called to order the meeting at 9:05 AM. 1. Review of minutes from July 02, 2024 meeting – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve the minutes, E. Brideau 2nd 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of June 24 to June 28 – Approved by signatures o Week of July 01 to July 05 – Approved by signatures o Week of July 08 to July 12 – Approved by signatures 3. Statutory Exemptions – Clause 17E: 24 applications, Clause 22: 93 applications, Clause 22A: 1 application, Clause 22D: 12 applications, Clause 22E: 59 applications, Clause 37A: 11 applications, Clause 41C: 37 applications, Clause 42: 1 application – E. Brideau made a motion to approve these applications, R. Rondeau 2nd  1 application of Clause 17E was denied 4. Old Business – None 5. New Business – uncollectable Personal Property requested from the Treasurer’s Office. Motion to adjourn at 9:05 AM E. Brideau, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous.
