Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Amy Lombardo; Assessor, Christ Hughes; Assessor R. Rondeau called to order the meeting at 9:05 AM and went into a recess. R. Rondeau resumed the meeting at 9:45 AM. 1. Review of minutes from August 06, 2024 meeting – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve the minutes, A. Lombardo 2nd 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of July 15 to July 19 – Approved by signatures o Week of July 22 to July 26 – Approved by signatures 3. Statutory Exemptions – Clause 17E: 10 applications, Clause 22: 13 applications, Clause 22D: 2 applications, Clause 22E: 6 applications, Clause 22H: 1 application, Clause 37A: 2 applications, Clause 41C: 26 applications – E. Brideau made a motion to approve these applications, R. Rondeau 2nd  E. Brideau made a motion to amend a Clause 17E application and approve it for a Clause 41C, R. Rondeau 2nd 4. Old Business – None 5. New Business – Vision is in the middle of adjusting the sales table for FY25. Motion to adjourn at 9:53 AM E. Brideau, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous.
