Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Amy Lombardo; Assessor, Christ Hughes; Assessor E. Brideau called to order the meeting at 9:00 AM 1. Review of minutes from August 20, 2024 meeting – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve the minutes, A. Lombardo 2nd 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of July 29 to August 02 – Approved by signatures o Week of August 05 to August 09 – Approved by signatures 3. Statutory Exemptions – Clause 17E: 3 applications, Clause 22: 8 applications, Clause 22C: 1 application, Clause 22D: 2 applications, Clause 22E: 4 applications, Clause 22F: 1 application, and Clause 37A: 4 applications – E. Brideau made a motion to approve these applications, A. Lombardo 2nd  E. Brideau made a motion to reconsider a denied 41C application for meeting all financial criteria 4. Old Business – None 5.
