Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, A. Lombardo; Assessor, C. Hughes; Assessor 1. Review of minutes from November 12 2024 meeting – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve the minutes, A. Lombardo 2nd 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of November 04 to November 08 – Approved by signatures o Week of November 11 to November 15 – Approved by signatures o Week of November 18 to November 22 – Approved by signatures 3. FY25 Interim/Q3 Tax Billing – the file is being imported into Munis and hoping to get warrants/commitments done on December 10, 2024. The tax rate was approved: RE $11.48 and COM: $22.37 4. Statutory Exemptions – Clause 17E: 3 applications, Clause 22: 3 applications, Clause 22E: 2 applications, Clause 41C: 4 applications, 1 Senior Volunteer application, and 1 Veteran Volunteer application – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve these applications, A. Lombardo 2nd 5. Old Business – None 6. New Business – 2 excise abatement applications were denied Motion to adjourn at 9:15 AM E. Brideau, R.
