Rondeau called to order the meeting at 9:00 AM and went into a recess E. Brideau resumed the meeting at 12:27 PM In attendance: Chief Assessor; E. Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; A. Lombardo 1. Review of minutes from February 04, 2025 meeting – E. Brideau made a motion to approve the minutes, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of January 27 to January 31 – Approved by signatures o 7 MVE applications were denied – E. Brideau made a motion to approve, A. Lombardo 2nd 3. Statutory Exemptions: Clause 41C: 1 application – E. Brideau made a motion to approve, A. Lombardo 2nd  Clause 17E: 1 application and Clause 41C: 1 application – denied by signatures 4. FY25 Real Estate Abatements: 2 applications were approved by signatures 5.
