Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; A. Lombardo, Assessor; C. Hughes 1. Review of minutes from February 18, 2025 meeting – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve the minutes, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of February 10 to February 14 – Approved by signatures o 3 MVE Denials – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve the minutes, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous. 3. Excise Commitments and Warrants:  MVE23C9: 1 Bill Count, $360.63  MVE24C7: 2,532 Bill Counts, $75,521.67  MVE25C1: 71,645 Bill Counts, S8,756,835.10 4. Statutory Exemptions: Clause 22E: 1 application, Clause 41C: 3 applications, and 1 Senior Volunteer – E. Brideau made a motion to approve, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous. 5. FY25 Real Estate Abatements:  4 Real Estate application were approved by signatures  4 Real Estate and 1 Personal Property were denied by signatures 6. FY26 3ABC: 13 applications met the criteria – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous. 7. Old Business – None 8. New Business  RRC is data collecting for Personal Property accounts for FY26  FY26 budget has been submitted to the CFO Motion to adjourn at 3:30 PM R. Rondeau, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous.
