Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; A. Lombardo, Assessor; C. Hughes 1. Review of minutes from March 18, 2025 meeting – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve the minutes, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of February 24 to February 28 – Approved by signatures o Week of March 3 to March 7 ─ Approved by signatures o 7 applications were denied – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve, A. Lombardo 2nd ─ Unanimous. 3. Statutory Exemptions: Clause 22: 1 application, Clause 22E: 2 applications, and Clause 41C: 3 applications – E. Brideau made a motion to approve, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous. 4. FY25 Real Estate Abatements o 3 approvals ─ R. Rondeau made a motion to approve, A. Lombardo 2nd ─ Unanimous. o 5 denials ─ denied by signatures. 5. FY26 3ABC: 19 applications met the criteria – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous. 6. Old Business – 8 § 58 approved by the State to abate a personal property account 7. New Business – None Motion to adjourn at 3:25 PM R. Rondeau, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous.
