Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; A. Lombardo, Assessor; C. Hughes 1. Review of minutes from April 8, 2025 meeting – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve the minutes, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of March 31 to April 04 – Approved by signatures 3. Statutory Exemptions – None 4. FY25 Real Estate Abatements – the BOA reconsidered a denied application and granted it for 650 Suffolk St – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve the minutes, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous. 5. FY26 3ABC – None 6. Old Business – 8 § 58 application has been approved by the DOR for 8 Aberdeen St 7. New Business  MVE25C2 was received after 48 hrs  The BOA is working to draft the board policy Motion to adjourn at 9:15 AM R. Rondeau, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous.
