Rondeau, Assessor; A. Lombardo, Assessor; C. Hughes 1. Review of minutes from April 15, 2025 meeting – A. Lombardo 2nd made a motion to approve the minutes, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of April 07 to April 11 – Approved by signatures 3. Statutory Exemptions – Clause 41C: 1 application – A. Lombardo made a motion to approve, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 4. FY25 Real Estate Abatements – 3 applications were granted, and 3 applications were denied – A. Lombardo made a motion to approve the minutes, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 5. FY26 3ABC – 1 application was approved – A. Lombardo made a motion to approve, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 6. Old Business – No 7. New Business – 8 § 58 application was submitted to request to abate the remainder tax of the fiscal year 2025 for 54 Willow St. Motion to adjourn at 9:15 AM R. Rondeau, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous.
