Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau 1. Review of minutes from April 25, 2025 meeting – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve the minutes, E. Brideau 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of April 14 to April 18 – Approved by signatures o Week of April 21 to April 25 – Approved by signatures 3. FY25 Real Estate Abatements – None 5. Old Business – None 6. New Business – the BOA has been asked to release overlay fund and the BOA will review the balance and release the fund on May 13th Motion to adjourn at 9:15 AM E. Brideau, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous.
