Rondeau, MAA Deputy Chief Assessor THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ASSESSORS Amy Lombardo LOWELL MA June 3, 2025 Assessor A meeting of the Board of Assessors took place on June 3, 2025, at 9:00 AM in Room 36 at Lowell City Hall: In attendance: Chief Assessor; E. Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; A. Lombardo, Assessor; C. Hughes 1. Review of minutes from May 29, 2025, meeting – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve the amended minutes, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application) • Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of May 19 to May 23 – Approved by signatures 3. ATB Case Review • 6 Nursing Home cases; 3 of the cases are with the attorney who is checking with the property owners because liens were issued. • E. Brideau will be meeting with the attorney on Friday, June 6th 4. FY25 Real Estate Warrants and Commitments (Supplemental, Omitted, and Revised) • 2 Omitted; 1 Revised; several Supplemental • R. Rondeau motioned to approve; A. Lombardo 2nd-Unanimous. Will sign later today, once Tax Collector has given approval. 5. FY23, FY24, and FY25 Personal Property Revision Warrants and Commitments • R. Rondeau motioned to approve; A. Lombardo 2nd-Unanimous. Will sign later today, once Tax Collector has given approval. 6. FY26 Real Estate Interim • The file is with Vision, they are currently working on Commercial I&E 7. New Business • E. Brideau will follow up on status of Motor Vehicle Commitment 3 file • FY26 Tax Bill Q1 will include Residency Form advising property owners to confirm their mailing address 8.
