Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; A. Lombardo, C. Hughes; Assessor 1. Review of minutes from June 17, 2025 meeting – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve the minutes, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of June 02 to June 06 – Approved by signatures o Week of June 09 to June 13 – Approved by signatures o Week of June 16 to June 20 – Approved by signatures o 1 Denied MVE Abatement – Approved by signatures 3. FY26 Real Estate Intrim – the file is with Vision and we are ahead of the schedule 4. New Business – Not anticipated within 48 hrs: a 3ABC application was delayed due to the tax return – R.
