Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; A. Lombardo, C. Hughes; Assessor 1. Review of minutes from July 08, 2025 meeting – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve the minutes, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of June 23 to June 27 – Approved by signatures o Week of June 30 to July 04 – Approved by signatures o Week of July 07 to July 11 – Approved by signatures 3. FY26 Real Estate Interim – Vision is still working on the file, and the report is not ready yet 4. New Business – ATB Settlement for 500 Wentworth Ave – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve, A.
