Rondeau, Assessor; A. Lombardo, C. Hughes; Assessor 1. Review of minutes from July 22, 2025 meeting –  Lombardo made a motion to approve the minutes, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of July 14 to July 18 – Approved by signatures o Week of July 21 to July 25 – Approved by signatures 3. FY26 Real Estate Interim –  Vision is still working on the file, and the report is not ready yet. 4. FY26 Real Estate Abatement for 40 Market St-  The abatement was reversed. No vote required. 5. Excise Warrants and Commitments –  Commitment IV for calendar year 2025 -Approved by signatures. 6. New Business-  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatement Denial for calendar year 2024-Approved by signatures. 7. Old Business-  None Motion to adjourn at 9:10 AM A. Lombardo, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous.
