Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; A. Lombardo 1. Review of minutes from August 5, 2025 meeting – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve the minutes, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of July 28 to August 01 – Approved by signatures 3. FY26 Real Estate Interim – Vision is still working on the file, and the report is not ready yet. 4. Statutory Exemption – Clause 17E: 19 applications, Clause 22: 117 applications, Clause 22A: 1 application, Clause 22C: 2 applications, Clause 22D: 21 applications, Clause 22E: 63 applications, Clause 22F: 1 application, Clause 22H: 1 application, Clause 37A: 21 applications, Clause 41C: 48 applications, Clause 42: 1 application, Volunteer program: 2 applications – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve these applications, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous.  1 clause 17E application and 1 clause 41C application were denied by signatures. 5.
