Rondeau, MAA THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ASSESSORS Deputy Chief Assessor LOWELL MA October 23, 2025 Amy Lombardo Assessor A meeting of the Board of Assessors took place on September 30, 2025, at 9:00 AM in Room 36 at Lowell City Hall: In attendance: Chief Assessor; E. Brideau, Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; A. Lombardo 1. Review of minutes from September 11, 2025 meeting – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve the minutes, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of September 08 to September 12 – Approved by signatures o Week of September 15 to September 19 – Approved by signatures 3. FY26 Real Estate Interim and FY27 Certification RFP’s- the State approved FY26 Real Estate Interim on 09/16 and will be working on the recap. FY27 Certification RFP’s are with legal for the contract 4. Statutory Exemption – Clause 17E: 2 applications, Clause 22E: 1 application, Clause 41C: 6 applications, Senior Volunteer: 1 application – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve these applications, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous.  Clause 22 applications were amended to Clause 22E – R. Rondeau made a motion to approve these applications, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous. 5. Overlay Release – the release is completed 6. New Business – 2 candidates we interviewed have accepted the positions 7. Old Business – None Motion to adjourn at 9:07 AM R. Rondeau, A.
