Rondeau, MAA THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ASSESSORS Deputy Chief Assessor LOWELL MA November 24, 2025 Amy Lombardo Assessor A meeting of the Board of Assessors took place on November 18, 2025, at 9:00 AM in Room 36 at Lowell City Hall: In attendance: Deputy Chief Assessor; R. Rondeau, Assessor; A. Lombardo, Assessor; Sharon Keough 1. Review of minutes from November 04, 2025 meeting – A. Lombardo made a motion to approve the minutes, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of October 27 to October 31 – Approved by signatures o Week of November 03 to November 07 – Approved by signatures 3. FY27 Certification RFP’s – RRC were approved by the city council at the November 4th meeting 4. Statutory Exemption – Clause 17E: 1 application, Clause 22: 2 applications, Clause 22E: 1 application, Clause 41C: 6 applications, 3 Senior volunteers, and 3 Veteran Volunteers – A. Lombardo made a motion to approve these applications, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous.  3 applications were denied for not meeting the criteria – denied by signatures. 5. New Business – FY26 static database in Vision have been created, and Vision file has been updated to FY27 6. Old Business – None Motion to adjourn at 9:15 AM R. Rondeau, A. Lombardo 2nd – Unanimous.
