The board expressed concerns with the use of bicycle usage on Gresco Field and recommended a field change to Anne Dean Welcome Regatta Festival Field - Multipurpose Field. The recreation office will check the availability of the fields. With approved availability there will be no fee to the permit(s). Approved: Ryan motioned John seconded, all for motion passes Item 35 – Beronica Vega – Navy Gathering Requesting date change with payment transfer from previous Shedd Pavilion October 3 2021 12pm – 4pm Resident Fee $25 / 2hr block x 2 + Custodial Fee $120 = $170 Beronica was present was approved for a permit at the June meeting for fort hill park, but requesting a date change and location change. Beronica paid for her fort hill permit board approved for the credit transfer to this new request. Board approved the new date and time with the location to be moved to Shedd Park Pavilion.
