Food will be served but prepared off site. They plan to send players back and forth to play. He is flexible on dates and times and will work with Lowell Lacrosse when they come forward with dates and times. Do not want lights if they can avoid it due to cost. It is a free event. Last year at Shedd, but they want to return to Cawley. Item 11 – John Flynn – Fiesta Shows A) Requesting fee waiver from 2020 $9,800 Event in 202 was cancelled. They agreed to the new fee. Told the board that the July 5 date was dependent on if there was any baseball games being held. Shedd Park baseball said they would avoid scheduling games for that day.
