ROLL CALL Roll Call showed 8 present, 1 absent (C. Nuon). M. Leahy presiding. 2. CITY COUNCIL - EXECUTIVE SESSION 2.1. Executive Session - Pursuant To Purposes 3 And 6 To Discuss Strategy And Contract Negotiations On The Collective Bargaining Agreement With Union Personnel, Public Discussion Of Which Would Have A Detrimental Effect On The City's Bargaining Position; And Further, To Discuss Current And Future Contract And/Or Lease Terms For LeLacheur Baseball Stadium, Public Discussion Of Which Would Have A Detrimental Effect On The City's Bargaining Position. In City Council, Vice Chair Mercier stated reason for Executive Session, Motion by C. Drinkwater, seconded by C. Elliott to enter Executive Session for stated purpose and adjourn from Executive Session (5:40 PM). Adopted per Roll Call vote 8 yeas, 1 absent (C. Nuon). So voted. Vice Chair Mercier stated that body would adjourn from the Executive Session. 3. ADJOURNMENT In City Council, Motion to Adjourn in Executive Session by C. Conway, seconded by M. Leahy. So voted.
