E. Slagle called the meeting to order at 6:54pm. I. Minutes for Approval 6/10 Minutes II. Continued Business III. New Business IV. Slagle stated that the meeting did not have a quorum and will be continued to a later date. E. Slagle said the next scheduled meeting is July 22, and asked members whether an earlier meeting should be scheduled to address the items on the agenda. B. Buitenhuys supported an additional meeting due to the necessity of approving items on the agenda. C. McCall and S. Gallivan agreed. S. Gallivan said that it may be difficult to schedule an earlier meeting due to the July 4th holiday. E. Slagle stated that the meeting may need to be sooner, and asked if the members in attendance could attend a July 8 meeting. S. Gallivan, B. Buitenhuys, and C. McCall said they could attend. E. Slagle asked D. Ricker to determine if July 8 will work for other members. C. McCall motioned, and B. Buitenhuys seconded the motion to continue this meeting to July 8, 2021 at 6:30pm. The motion passed unanimously, (4-0). VII. Adjournment C. McCall motioned, and B. Buitenhuys seconded the motion to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously, (4-0). The time was 6:57pm.
