The proposed design will fill in the Lord Overpass and eliminate the bridges over Thorndike Street to create an at-grade corridor. The work will result in impacts to Bank, Land Under Waterbodies and Waterways (LUWW) and Bordering Land Subject to Flooding (BLSF) all of which are associated with the Pawtucket Canal.
