Kenneway Jr. to construct a single-family home in the vacant lot at 141 Cashin Street. The lot is within the 1.00-ft. buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated wetlands. NEW BUSINESS Request for Determination of Applicability City of Lowell 375 Merrimack Street Lowell, MA 01852 Proiect Location: 791 Pawtucket Street 01852 A Request for Determination of Applicability has been filed by S&R Corporation on behalf of The City of Lowell to demolish a concrete building at 791 Pawtucket Street. The building is within the 100-ft. Riverfront and Bank of the Merrimack River. Order of Conditions Amendment DSM Realty, lnc. 875 East Street Tewksbury, MA 01876 DEP # 206-0786 Proiect Location: 677&705 Pawtucket Boulevard 01850 An Amendment to the previously issued Order of Conditions has been filed by DSM Realty, lnc. for construction of a 71,000 SF Market Basket supermarket and 22,OOO SF of retail space at 677 Pawtucket Blvd with ancillary landscape, parking, stormwater management and utility improvements. Both subject properties contain land within the 100-year flood plain considered Bordering Land Subject to Flooding (BLSF) of the Merrimack River. OTHER BUSINESS Enforcement Order Benjamin Rivera 172 Eighteenth Street Lowell, MA 01854 Violation Location: 172 Eishteenth Street 01854 Property owner removed existing wall along the perimeter of the rear property line. The rear property line essentially delineates the edge of the Bordering Vegetated Wetlands. The applicant relocated the rock wall to create a "pathway" further into the wetlands. Enforcement Order Jilya n and Jose Silva 24 Bigelow Street Lowell, MA 01852 Violation Location: 24 Biselow Street 01854 The existing asphalt driveway and walkway were dug up, fill was removed and relocated to the rear yard in front of the stone wall. A garage was recently installed on a concrete slab on grade without a building permit or any approval from the Conservation Commission to the left of the house. Resource areas associated with property include buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and riverfront area to a stream. Minutes ADJOURNMENT
