Request for Determination of Applicability Jodi Jaillet 113 Photine Drive Lowell, MA 01854 Project Location: 113 Photine Drive 01854 A Request for Determination of Applicability has been filed by Jodi Jaillet replace an asphalt pad underneath a waste/recycling storage area, install a privacy fence around the waste/recycling storage area, replace a retaining wall at the end of the driveway, level/expand their driveway and fill with crushed gravel, and extend an irrigation system for their garden. The proposed work would be occurring within the 100-ft Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands. Notice of Intent VHB, Inc. c/o City of Lowell 375 Merrimack Street Lowell, MA 01852 DEP#: 206-0803 Project Location: Broadway Street Bridge, Canal Street Bridge, Canal Street (extension), and Francis Street (formerly Streets F&G) 01852 A Notice of Intent has been filed by the City of Lowell for infrastructure improvements in the Lowell Hamilton Canal Innovation District. The improvements include pedestrian and roadway improvements at the Broadway Street Bridge, the development of Canal Street and Francis Street, and the construction of a new bridge crossing the Lower Pawtucket Canal and connecting with Canal Street. The work will impact the Bank of the Pawtucket Canal, Land under Waterbodies and Waterways, and Bordering Land Subject to Flooding.
