NEW BUSINESS Request for Determination of Applicability Paula Grivas 105 Boulevard Street Lowell, MA 01854 Project Location: 105 Boulevard Street, 01854 A Request for Determination of Applicability has been filed by Paula Grivas to pave a new driveway and repave an existing walkway at 105 Boulevard Street.
