Reimbursement of grants 1. Open treasurer position a. Deadline: August 31st for the website and part of our guidelines b. Responsibilities: Meeting with the head of the committee, go through the grant allocation process, auditing c. Leading candidate: Beth Welch 2. LCC Web presence a. Control over MCC page for LCC b. City website page c. Removed CASE web page d. Future plans: Discuss potential solutions, starting from free ones 3. Social Media a. Facebook: Rona has access b. Instagram: Head has access c. Gains: 12 new followers d. Admin fund: Potential source for content creation, with Rona posting if necessary e. Instagram: Ideal for enhancing visibility f. Others: Linkedin, nextdoor 4.
