Application for change of manager by Outback Steakhouse of Florida, LLC, all alcoholic beverages restaurant licensee at 28 Reiss Avenue, from Kerry Carruba to David Charles Cobb of Norton, MA David Cobb, present; Mr. Cobb stated that he had 21 years experience in the restaurant business. Motion Commissioner Bayliss, second by Commissioner Weicker, it was unanimously voted to approve David C. Cobb as manager of record for Outback Steakhouse of Florida, LLC. Communications from the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission, notices that applications require additional information from license applicants; Atty. Kaleb Pan files amendment as counsel for one license applicant. Motion by Commissioner Akashian, second by Commissioner Weicker, it was unanimously voted to place communications on file.
