8 Present: John Descoteaux, Commissioner, Chairman, Commissioners Clifford Krieger, Terry McCarthy, Martha
9 Howe and Joseph Donahue; and Assistant City Solicitor Gary Gordon.
10 Chairman Descoteaux convened the meeting at 3:00 p.m. Chairman Descoteaux called for a motion for a roll-call
11 vote to enter into Executive Session – Regarding Matter of Litigation, Namely Blue Shamrock, Inc. v.
12 Lowell License Commission, Public Discussion of Which Could Have a Detrimental Effect on the
13 City’s Position; motion made by Commissioner Krieger, second by Commissioner McCarthy. The roll-
14 call: Chairman Descoteaux – yes, Commissioner Donahue – yes, Commissioner Krieger – yes,
15 Commissioner McCarthy - yes, Commissioner Howe – yes; five (5) yeas. The Commission, on the
16 motion by Commissioner Krieger, second by Commissioner Howe, voted to adjourn in executive
17 session.
