Special Permit Approval: 153 Westford Street 01851 The applicant is proposing to legally change the use of the subject property from a Single-family dwelling to a four (4) family dwelling structure. The property is located in the Traditional Neighborhood Multi-Family (TMF) zoning district and requires Special Permit approval according to Section 12.1 of the Lowell Zoning Ordinance.
