New Business Site Plan Review: 1857.1 Middlesex Street An application was submitted by Commons Wealth LLC for Site Plan Approval for a project located at the above listed address. The applicant proposes to amend an existing Site Plan Review Approval to allow for an expansion in the number of grades from K – 8 to K – 12 and an expansion in the number of students to 1,200. The applicant is seeking Site Plan Review under Sec. 11.4 of the City of Lowell Zoning Ordinance. The proponent intends to expand the existing site, incorporating existing buildings, which includes a 92, 778 SQ FT addition. The subject property is located in the SMU (Suburban Mixed Use) zoning district. III.
