Presentation: NMCOG and Middlesex 3 Permitting Practices In collaboration with the Middlesex 3 Coalition, the Planning Board will hear a presentation by the Northern Middlesex Council of Governments (NMCOG) on the permitting practices and procedures of each of the Middlesex 3 communities and the Massachusetts Permitting Best Practices. New Business Site Plan Review & Special Permit: 672 Suffolk Street 01854 An application by McLane Middleton on behalf of Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless for Site Plan Review and Special Permit approval. Located at 672 Suffolk St. in the Urban Mixed Use (UMU) zoning district, the applicant proposes to install wireless antennas and supporting equipment on the rooftop of the existing building. The proposal is subject to the Special Permit Criteria under Section 11.3.2 pursuant to Section 7.6 - Telecommunications Facilities, Site Plan Review pursuant to Section 11.4, and any other relief that is required of the Lowell Zoning Ordinance.
