LOWELL SCHOOL COMMITTEE REGULAR MEETING MINUTES Date: May 8, 2018 Time: 6:30PM Location: City Council Chamber, 375 Merrimack Street, 2nd Floor, Lowell, MA 01852 1. SALUTE TO FLAG 2. ROLL CALL On a roll call at 6:31 p.m., members present were, namely: Ms. Martin, Mr. Nutter, Mr. Descoteaux and Ms. Doherty. Mr. Hoey, Mr. Lay and Mayor Samaras were absent. 3. NEW BUSINESS 3.I. Invitation: Lowell School Committee Members have been invited to attend the May 8, 2018 City Council Meeting in order to address the FY19 School Budget and Municipal Contributions. The School Committee will initially meet in the Mayor's Reception Room and will then go to Council Chambers Council Chambers for this purpose. Ms. Martin, Mr. Nutter, Mr. Descoteaux and Ms. Doherty entered the Council Chambers from the Mayor's Reception Room to address the FY19 School Budget and Municipal Contributions. 4.
