On a roll call at 6:33 p.m., all members were present, namely: Mr. Hoey, Mayor Leahy, Ms. Martin,
Ms. Clark, Mr. Descoteaux, Mr. Dillon and Ms. Doherty.
3. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS
3.1. This Meeting Is Being Held Remotely In Accordance With The Governor Of Massachusetts’ March
12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions Of The Open Meeting Law G.L. C. 30A, Section 20.
Mayor Leahy read to the public that this meeting was being held remotely in accordance with the
Governor of Massachusetts’ March 12, 2020 order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting
Law G.L.C. 30A, Section 20.
3.2. An Executive Session May Be Called To Discuss Collective Bargaining, Strategies and/or Possible
Litigation Under Open Meeting Law, Chapter 30A, Section 21 (A) (B), 2, 3 Of The Commonwealth Of
Massachusetts General Laws. Open Meeting Discussion May Have A Detrimental Effect On The
Bargaining Or Litigating Position Of The Public Body.
4. EXECUTIVE SESSION
4.1. Items:
1. Update on negotiations surrounding Non-unionized employee contract
2. Litigation-
A. Update and discussion on claims of vendors
B. LSAA claims/grievances

3. Collective Bargaining-
A. UTL- review, discussion and action on MOA related to Café and Special Education
Teachers and Relative Service Providers.
B. LSAA- update, discussion, and action on MOA related to COVID-19 work
Mr. Hoey made a motion to recess at 6:34 p.m. and to enter into Executive Session for the purpose of
discussing Collective Bargaining, Strategies and/or Possible Litigation Under Open Meeting Law,
Chapter 30A, Section 21 (A) (B), 2, 3 of the Commonwealth Of Massachusetts General Laws related to:
Update on negotiations surrounding non-unionized employee contract, litigation update and
discussion on claims of vendors, LSAA claims/grievances, Collective Bargaining UTL- review, discussion
and action on MOA related to Café and Special Education Teachers and Relative Service Providers and
LSAA update, discussion, and action on MOA related to COVID-19 work of which open meeting
discussion may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body,
and to adjourn from Executive Session; seconded by Ms. Doherty. 7 yeas APPROVED
