Pursuant To Governor Baker's Emergency Order Modifying The State's Open Meeting Law Issued March
12, 2020, Meetings Will Be Held Using Remote Participation As Follows: Members Of The Public May
Not Participate In-Person And May View The Meeting Via LTC.ORG (On-Line; Live Streaming Or Local
Cable Channel 99) And Zoom.

On a roll call at 5:32 p.m., members present were, namely: Ms. Martin, Ms. Clark, Mr. Descoteaux,
Mr. Dillon, Ms. Doherty, Mr. Hoey and Mayor Leahy.
3. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS
3.1. An Executive Session May Be Called To Discuss Collective Bargaining, Strategies and/or Possible
Litigation Under Open Meeting Law, Chapter 30A, Section 21 (A) (B), 2, 3 Of The Commonwealth Of
Massachusetts General Laws. Open Meeting Discussion May Have A Detrimental Effect On The
Bargaining Or Litigating Position Of The Public Body.
4. EXECUTIVE SESSION
4.1. Items:
1. Bussing- Litigation and Negotiation update
2. SEIU- update on negotiations related to MOA related to Financial Officer (Payroll)
3. LSAA-update on negotiations related to return of in-person learning and MOA
related to Early Childhood Coach and Program Developer
4. UTL-update on negotiations related to return to in-person learning
5. Litigation update and consideration of claims
Mr. Hoey made a motion to recess at 5:32 p.m. and to enter into Executive Session for the purpose of
discussing Collective Bargaining, Strategies and/or Possible Litigation Under Open Meeting Law,
Chapter 30A, Section 21 (A) (B), 2, 3 Of The Commonwealth Of Massachusetts General Laws related to
Bussing- Litigation and Negotiation update, SEIU- update on negotiations related to MOA related to
Financial Officer (Payroll), LSAA-update on negotiations related to return of in-person learning and
MOA related to Early Childhood Coach and Program Developer, UTL-update on negotiations related to
return to in-person learning, and a Litigation update and consideration of claims, of which Open
Meeting Discussion May Have A Detrimental Effect On The Bargaining Or Litigating Position Of The
Public Body, and to adjourn from Executive Session; seconded by Ms. Martin. 7 yeas APPROVED
