Members of the public may view the meeting via LTC and those wishing to speak regarding a specific

On a roll call at 6:35 p.m., members present were, namely: Ms. Thompson, Ms. Chhoun, Ms. Delrossi,
Ms. Doherty and Mr. Lay. Ms. Martin arrived at 6:51 p.m. Mayor Chau was absent.
Ms. Thompson made a motion suspend the rules to allow public participation; seconded by Ms.
Delrossi. 6 yeas, 1 absent (Mayor Chau) APPROVED

3.1. Update, discussion and deliberations on options, job description, proposal of MASC and timeline for
the hiring of an Interim Superintendent.
Mr. Lay made a motion to have the Interim Superintendent’s salary range be from $210,000 to

more information is received (what schools are doing with the money and amount per student for
