ROLL CALL On a roll call at 5:02 p.m., members present were, namely: Mr. Lay, Ms. Martin, Mayor Rourke, Mr. Bahou, Mr. Conway, Ms. Delrossi and Ms. Doherty. 3. PERMISSION TO ENTER 3.1. Permission to Enter - June 30, 2025 Ms. Delrossi moved to approve the Permission to Enter; the motion was seconded by Mr. Lay. The motion passed with 7 yeas. 4. NEW BUSINESS 4.1. Human Resources Manager Job Description This was deferred until the next meeting. 5. PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL 5.1. The Members of the Lowell School Administrators Association Hereby Donate Fourteen [14] Sick Leave Day to Martina Schuler Bailey School Psychologist.
